The Videoconference digital storytelling proudct must also be in a flow channel which means that it is not too low of a challenge where the user gets bored or too high of a challenge where the user experiences anxiety. It must be in between the two extremes for it to be an effective and fun instructional product to learn from.
I have to have a strategy to weave the educational content and game together into a meaningful whole. First I will start with writing and collecting content and then I will sugar coat it with the story and a good learning atmosphere.
I will also try to create an activity for the user to teach what they have learned because if we want to learn something well we should be able to teach it.

I also registered with Polycom to be able to access their knowledgebase and download software.
