I have seperated the learning tasks into different sections as described below:

• In the Introduction section you will learn the objectives of this training, the meaning of terms and frequently asked questions.
• In the Reserving Room 631 section you will learn how to reserve the room from the OIT.
• In The Equipment section you will know the name and purpose of all equipments involved in the video conference.
• In the Polycom VS4000 Features section you will learn the capabilities of the video conference system and its features.
• Then we will go through preparing and setting up for your first video conference with a remote site that can be located anywhere in the world.
• We will wrap up with the Conclusion section and ask you a few questions to test your knowledge from this training.
• In the System Information section you will find data that will you must have to make your IP based connection.

These sections will be my storyboard for developing my e-learning program. I am not sure how well they will turn out to be as the project grows so I might switch the order or add more sections to make the learning flow and include all materials necessary to complete a successful videoconference.
