Fifteen / Fives #2

The reasons I chose to do my EDIT6200 project for the OIT IP Video Conferencing room are because its one unit I have to analyze and develop, it is convient to work for the OIT since I do my assistantship with them and I know the staff that manage the IP Video Conferencing room. After discussing the project with my peers and instructor I realized that I have to create a video tutorial to demonstrate how to setup and use the equipment to make the conference call. The goal is after viewing the learning environment the faculty, staff and students will be able to make video conference calls without the need for assistance from the OIT staff.

I plan to speak with Scott Smith and Ron Braxley (my clients) and get more information on how the system works, what type of people use the conference room, what type of questions they ask, and more. After collecting this data I will brainstorm and come up with a model or use an already thought out model to create the learning environment.

I am very excited to begin working on this project and hope it will have high quality, low cost and done efficiently.
