I had a lot of problems in creating my simulation that took the visitors on a video tour and demonstration of how to do a videoconference using the equipment in Aderhold. That was the reason I left this simulation at the end while planning for it of course. I got a friend of mine to help in videotaping me while speaking and demonstrating how to setup the room and do a test connection. I made a mistake in not showing my friend video recording strategies and suggestions. So a lot of the video was not shot professionaly and I had to pay for this since I didnot have time to record and edit the video again.

It took a lot of creativity in editing the video and coming up with a desirable output. I added captions that helped focus the learner's attention while watching the video simulations.

I also had an advantage in knowing how to use Flash encoder and Dreamweaver 8 in embedding the new flash video 8 technology within my program. This gives my videos a fast loading time (.swf file) and a nice skin and play control.

I created 3 total videos: the introduction, facility tour and starting and ending a vc session.
