I also validated my site to be section 508 compliant and fixed many of the errors that I encountered during the validation. For example, for all the images that I used in designing the layout of my site, like lines and placeholders, must have an alt tag with a null value. So I had to enter an alt tag like this: alt="" for all these images even though they were only used for design purposes.

I also validated my CSS stylesheet using the W3C CSS validator.

I also thought of direct link that users might link to access when they want information about videoconferencing. So I created pages and link them directly from the homepage. These sections are requesting assistance, getting the IP connection information for the facility, and a checklist that will be handy to have when starting a session. I also added an introduction video welcoming and introducing visitors to the program.
